Privacy Policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
1ManMission operates QuoteToWork and is responsible for the platform’s handling of personal information described in this policy. It covers business owners using the workspace and customers viewing quotes or responding to work requests. A service business may also have its own privacy policy for the customer information it manages.
1. Information we handle
Account information includes your email, display name, account identifier, business profile and contact details, business types, and plan or access status. Workspace records can include customer names and contact details, service addresses, quote items and scope, prices, taxes, approvals, additional-charge decisions, appointment details, payment records, work-order status, and support messages.
Security and operational information includes sign-in times, IP addresses, browser information, session identifiers, request logs, notification read status, and recent activity such as last active time and scheduling events. Stripe connection identifiers, capability status, payment references, amounts, currency, and refund status are used to confirm and track payments.
2. How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, run business workspaces and customer quote links, deliver emails and login alerts, record approvals and payments, schedule work, respond to support requests, administer access, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems. Platform administrators can see account and activity information and access support records as needed to operate the service. We do not use customer quote information for third-party advertising.
3. Businesses and customer quote links
A business supplies the customer information it enters and controls its service relationship. Contact that business first to correct job details or request changes to the information it supplied. Customer links contain a unique token: anyone able to open a shared link may see the quote and take available customer actions. Share links carefully. Internal customer-directory notes and internal completion notes are not included in the customer-facing quote; shared visit instructions are included.
4. Business pages and quote requests
Owners choose which business name, contact person, description, services, contact details, and policies to publish on their business page. Draft changes stay private until published. When you opt into directory placement, your published business details, category, city, state, and travel radius can appear in searches while eligible. We send ZIP codes to Zippopotam.us to look up approximate ZIP centers for service-area matching; this lookup does not include customer names, messages, or street addresses. Visitors’ quote requests are shared with the relevant business in its private inbox and notifications; they are not displayed on the public page. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and a hashed IP identifier to limit abusive requests.
5. Payments and bank information
Card payments and connected-account onboarding are handled on Stripe’s hosted pages when enabled. Full card numbers and bank-account credentials are not collected in QuoteToWork’s quote forms. Stripe may collect identity, business, and payout information directly and share connection and payment information with us to operate the integration. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy. External payment providers handle information under their own policies. Avoid entering financial credentials in notes or support messages.
6. Service providers and disclosure
QuoteToWork uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, storage, delivery, and security, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for enabled payment features. Those providers process information needed for their services. Information is also shared with the relevant business, the customer through customer-facing records, and authorized administrators for support and operations. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Cookies and installed-app storage
Sign-in uses necessary session cookies. Security and hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies to protect and deliver the service. The installable app caches its shell and generic offline page; it is not designed to make customer or business records available offline. The app does not currently include advertising trackers. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. Removing the installed app does not delete your hosted account or records.
8. Retention and security
Records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain business and support history, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention varies by record type; there is no universal automatic deletion period. Resolved support tickets remain in history. Expired sign-in credentials no longer authorize access. Access controls and session protections help protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for a job or support request.
9. Your choices and requests
You can edit business and customer details, download available PDFs and reports, and review account security information. To request access, correction, deletion, account closure, or other privacy rights available where you live, open a support ticket and identify it as a privacy request. We may verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. You can also email support@quotetowork.com, including if you do not have a workspace. For information managed by a service business, you may also contact that business using the details on your quote. Mandatory rights and complaint options with your local privacy authority remain available.
10. International processing and children
Hosting, email, payment, and support providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, subject to applicable requirements. QuoteToWork business accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older and the service is not directed to children. Contact support if you believe a child’s information was submitted improperly.
11. Updates and contact
We update this policy as practices change, show the revision date above, and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Visit Help or open a support ticket for privacy questions, or email 1ManMission at support@quotetowork.com. For the terms governing platform use, see our Terms of Service.
